Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is seeking a Junior Specialist in Finance/Invoices to join the Service Business Settlement team. You will create billing proposals, verify vendor feedback, and handle email communication with IKEA suppliers while learning the invoicing flow across the country.

The role offers a hybrid work model with remote possibilities and a focus on collaboration, development, and process improvement within a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and reliable.
• Interest in Finance and data analysis is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or tax areas is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create billing proposals and send to vendors using Centiro and Excel.
• Verify vendor feedback (Excel).
• Manage email exchanges with IKEA external suppliers for orders, delivery, and installations.
• Weekly catch-up with Team Leader for your country.
• Perform invoice control in SAP S/4HANA.
• Participate in onboarding trainings with Buddy or Team Leader.
• Support standardization of invoicing processes with the country team.
