Job summary

Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań supports Stores and IKEA units with financial and payroll services across Europe. The role focuses on HR administration and payroll for the P&C Austrian team and Swiss operations, backed by a supportive Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Austrian labour law.
• Expert knowledge of Austrian retirement and pension funds law.
• Proven SAP experience within HR/People & Culture processes.
• Fluent in German and English.
• High proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Avature is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process HR administration and payroll tasks for IKEA stores and Swiss entities.
• Support Team Leader and act as backup when needed.
• Handle tickets and liaise with the national HR unit to resolve issues.
• Extract reports from systems using Excel and other tools.
• Engage in onboarding buddy conversations and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in ongoing self-study and training activities.
