Join IKEA's Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań as a Junior P&C Services Specialist with Hungarian. You will process payroll and HR administration tasks for co-workers, primarily via email and phone, while collaborating with the national P&C unit.

You’ll receive onboarding support from a Buddy and a friendly team in a hybrid setup. We value linguistic diversity, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive approach to learning.

Formación

• Proficiency in Hungarian and English is desirable.
• Background in P&C, payroll, or Hungarian philology appreciated but not mandatory.
• Willingness to improve MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA co-workers via email and phone.
• Communicate with the national P&C unit and handle data securely.
• Support onboarding with buddy guidance and training modules.
• Assist in day-to-day HR administration tasks and data updates.
