Job summary

Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań, Poland, is hiring for a finance-focused administrator. You will handle vendor communications, billing proposals, and invoice verification using Centiro, Basware, and SAP. Collaboration with local and international IKEA teams is key.

You will participate in onboarding trainings, support time management, and contribute to smooth financial processes, while leveraging German and English language skills in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Finance area and payroll services.
• Data analysis capabilities and numerical mindset.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or tax area.
• Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Attend to email exchanges with IKEA external suppliers and internal teams.
• Create billing proposals and send them to vendors using Centiro and Excel.
• Verify vendor feedback and update records in Excel.
• Participate in trainings with Buddy and Team Leader during onboarding.
• Interact with IKEA teams for your dedicated country and review invoices in Basware/SAP.
