IKEA Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is seeking a Junior Specialist to support P&C and payroll matters for Co-workers of IKEA stores and units in Spain. You will handle HR Administration queries via email and phone and protect personal data.

You will be supported by Team Leaders and a Buddy during onboarding. The role involves daily Excel tasks, learning modules, and collaboration with colleagues in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is highly regarded.
• Background in HR administration, payroll or Spanish philology is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn MS Office and HR processes.
