Job summary

Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań supports IKEA stores and related entities with payroll and HR administration services. You will join a Swiss payroll team, handling inquiries via phone and email, managing personal data, and collaborating with mentors to grow in the P&C area.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, with a strong focus on accuracy, double-checking data, and contributing to steady, reliable payroll processing across Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll is required.
• Ability to work with a ticket system and handle inquiries in HR administration and payroll.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss payroll and related pension funds law.
• Familiarity with SAP for P&C and MS Office tools is expected.
• Fluent in German, Italian, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and companies in Switzerland.
• Answer colleagues’ questions on HR Administration and Payroll via email and phone.
• Handle personal data with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Work with a Team Leader for guidance in demanding situations.
• Support onboarding and daily HR activities as needed.
