Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is seeking a Junior Specialist to support P&C and payroll for IKEA stores and units in Spain. You will handle HR admin and payroll inquiries via email and phone, guided by Team Leaders and your Buddy during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA Spain team via email and phone.
• Answer colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Buddy during onboarding; use Excel to extract reports.
• Provide support on the helpline and contribute to daily HR operations.
