You will handle employee data, answer questions via email/phone, and collaborate with Team Leaders and Buddies during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
• Experience in HR administration and payroll
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Performing administration tasks concerning the whole employee cycle
• Payroll support and checks
• Processing orders from the country in the system and preparing ad hoc reports
• Contacting the national HR unit for clarification
• Work in Excel to combine data for analysis
• Provide employee support via helpline (phone/email/chat)
• Participate in team meetings and onboarding process
