You will handle customer inquiries for a major clothing brand via phone, email, social media, and live chat, with Sundays limited to chat support. The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Fluency in Ukrainian and English (B2) is required, along with strong MS Office skills. The position follows a 5-day work week with weekend rotation and on-site office work.
