Concentrix in Katowice seeks a Customer Support Advisor with Ukrainian to assist a popular retail brand. You will communicate via phone, email, social media and live chat, including Sundays chat-only shifts, delivering courteous, accurate assistance.

The role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork to maintain high customer satisfaction. This is a mandate contract with a professional, on-site office environment in Katowice.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone customer service or similar work.
• Fluent Ukrainian in speech and writing; native speakers preferred.
• English at B2 level for team communication and training.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for a well-known clothing brand across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Customer service for a well-known clothing brand and maintaining the highest quality of customer service in line with project standards.
• Efficient customer contact through phone, email, social media, live chat. On Sundays, there is a break from phone calls; only chat is supported.
• Positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customers.
• Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and problems.
• Active communication within the team and support for team members.
• Supervising complaints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining high quality of assigned tasks in customer contact.

Requirements

• Experience in telephone customer service or similar work is preferred.
• Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian in speech and writing (native speakers preferred).
• Knowledge of English at a B2 level for team communication and training.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Shift work: Mon - Fri 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 and weekends 9:00-17:00.
• Work 5 days a week and only 3 weekend days a month. If you work on the weekend, you have days off during the week.
