Concentrix in Katowice is hiring a customer service specialist to support hygiene product queries in French and English. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, handle complaints related to damaged items or quality issues, and provide multichannel support via email, chat, and social media.

The role emphasizes a high standard of customer satisfaction and credible issue resolution. Training is provided, with an emphasis on developing language skills and product knowledge.

Formación

• Language requirements: French C1/C2 and English B2.
• Proficient in a variety of computer programs and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Able to listen, review, and provide solutions with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as brand ambassador and advise customers on hygiene products in French and English.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for product inquiries and complaints (damaged/quality issues/missing items).
• Provide multichannel written support via email, chat, and social media.
• Document e-commerce complaints on platforms.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Remain polite, patient, and courteous throughout the customer journey.
