Alcon MX in Poland is launching a Customer Service Trainee with SPANISH as part of an Early Careers Program. You will learn within Global Customer Operations in a dynamic, international setting and support Order Management, Invoice Management and customer service processes.

As a student or recent graduate, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues, gain hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce, and contribute to process improvements in a shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate interested in Customer Operations field.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in an international business environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and SPANISH
• Interest in working with business systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop career within Global Customer Operations in a dynamic international environment.
• Support daily operational activities including Order Management, Invoice Management and Customer Service processes.
• Process and monitor customer orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Manage and prioritize requests received through shared mailboxes and support timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and subject matter experts who will support your learning journey and professional growth.
• Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence projects.
