Job summary

Alcon, the global leader in eye care, is seeking a Customer Operations Representative OTI with SPANISH for a fixed-term contract in Warsaw. You will handle standard and high-value orders, coordinate with production and distribution, ensure accurate invoicing, and manage complex return cases.

The ideal candidate has experience in Customer Operations (Order to Invoice/Order to Cash), fluent English and Spanish, familiarity with SAP or Salesforce, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities
