Job summary

Alcon Poland is seeking an Accounts Receivable Trainee with French for a civil contract in a hybrid setup. The role involves contacting customers by phone and email, following up on card transactions, creating reports, and supporting the credit committee with data from global, regional and local teams.

Fluent English and French are required (B2+). Proficiency in Excel is expected; SAP/Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Very good English (B2 or higher) and French (B2/C1 or higher).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or other ERP systems is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively contact customers via phone and email.
• Follow up on credit card transactions and master data.
• Create reports and provide data for periodic credit committee meetings.
• Ensure all customer contact is documented and timely actions are taken.
• Close items raised by the global COE in a timely manner and with high quality.
