Job summary

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is seeking a Customer Operations Representative OTI with French in Warsaw. You will manage orders end-to-end, liaising with production and distribution, ensuring accurate invoicing, handling complex returns, and resolving billing or delivery disputes.

Qualifications

Professional experience in Customer Operations (Order to Invoice/Order to Cash preferrably).
Fluent English and French.
Experience in Shared Service or GBS.

Responsibilities

Handle standard and high-value customer orders, ensuring compliance with terms and pricing.
Act as liaison between customers and internal teams (production, distribution).
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all customers by order entry.
Oversee complex return cases, including high-value credits and regulatory compliance.
Analyse and resolve customer issues promptly with effective communication.
Escalate disputes related to billing, delivery, and returns.
Manage customer complaints and dissatisfaction to maintain loyalty.
