Customer Service Trainee with SPANISH - Early Careers Program

What You’ll Do

• Learn and develop career within Global Customer Operations in a dynamic international environment.
• Support daily operational activities including Order Management, Invoice Management and Customer Service processes.
• Process and monitor customer orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Manage and prioritize requests received through shared mailboxes and support timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and subject matter experts who will support your learning journey and professional growth.
• Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence projects.
• Develop expertise in a Shared Services environment and build a strong foundation for a future career in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Services.
