Job summary

Concentrix CVG International Sp. z o.o. in Katowice seeks a Customer Service Specialist with Hebrew to join our team. You will advise customers on hygiene products, respond in Hebrew and English by phone and via written channels, and log e-commerce complaints to ensure a high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

• Hebrew language proficiency at C1/C2 level required.
• English knowledge at B2 level for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on hygiene products as a brand ambassador.
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls in Hebrew and English.
• Provide multichannel written support (email, chat, social) in Hebrew and English.
• Document e-commerce complaints on platforms and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Stay polite, patient and ensure a high end-to-end customer experience.
