Job summary

Concentrix in Katowice is seeking a Customer Service Specialist with Hebrew to join our team. You will advise customers on hygiene products, handle calls in Hebrew and English, and provide multichannel support.

You will document complaints, maintain high customer satisfaction, and participate in paid training and development through Concentrix Academy.

Qualifications

• Hebrew C1/C2 and English B2 level to communicate with customers.
• Proficient with computer programs and quick learner.
• Good listening, written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Stable internet connection for WAH roles.

Job Description

Your responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador, advise customers on hygiene products
• Responding to inbound and making outbound calls in Hebre and English regarding product enquiries and complaints (damaged product, poor quality, missing item in the pack)
• Providing multichannel written support: e-mail, chat, and social media channels
• Documenting e-commerce complaints logged on e-commerce platforms
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Remain polite, patient and courteous with customers throughout the experience.
• Ensure the end to end experience for all customers is at high level of customer satisfaction.

Our requirements

• Language level: Hebrew C1/C2 (contact with the customers) + English B2.
• Proficient in a variety of computer programs with the capability to learn quickly and apply new functions to daily work.
• Able to listen to understand, review, and provide solutions.
• High-developed communication skills.
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask.
• Stable Internet connection (for WAH roles).

Optional

• Customer Service experience in an international, fast-peace environment (1 year).
• Practical knowledge of CRM systems.
