Concentrix is seeking a multilingual Customer Service Associate to advise customers on hygiene products and handle inquiries in Hebrew and English. Qualifikationen

• Hebrew C1/C2 and English B2 required.
• Proficient with various computer programs and able to learn quickly.
• Able to listen, understand, review, and provide solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Customer service experience in international or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Your responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador, advise customers on hygiene products

• Documenting e-commerce complaints logged on e-commerce platforms
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Remain polite, patient and courteous with customers throughout the experience.
• Ensure the end to end experience for all customers is at high level of customer satisfaction.

Our requirements

• Language level: Hebrew C1/C2 (contact with the customers) + English B2.
• Proficient in a variety of computer programs with the capability to learn quickly and apply new functions to daily work.
• Able to listen to understand, review, and provide solutions.
• High-developed communication skills.
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask.

Optional

• Customer Service experience in an international, fast-peace environment (1 year).
• Practical knowledge of CRM systems.
