Job summary

Univar Solutions in Poland is seeking a Customer Service professional to build proactive relationships with customers, process orders, and support Area Business Managers while ensuring accurate pricing and timely responses.

The role requires fluent English and Polish, a bachelor degree or relevant experience, SAP experience is a plus, and at least 2 years in customer service; you will join a global chemicals distributor focused on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, proactive relationships with customers to engender growth opportunities and ensure customer retention.
• Review performance against agreed objectives.
• Take opportunities to develop sales from enquiries.
• Ensure customer pricing is accurate and regularly updated.
• Process orders effectively and accurately.
• Record and follow up on quotations and sample requests.
• Use of Salesforce.com and other CRM tools as required.
• Provide necessary support for Area Business Managers/Account Managers and communicate regularly with them.
• Keep customer record cards accurate and up to date.
• Apply all aspects of the Customer Complaints process including investigation and resolution where necessary.
