Job summary

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is seeking a Customer Operations Representative OTI to support English plus EU language customers from our Warsaw hub. You will manage orders end-to-end, coordinate with production and distribution, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely return handling.

You should bring experience in Order to Cash, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or Salesforce, plus the ability to work in a multinational Shared Service environment.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Customer Operations (Order to Invoice/Order to Cash preferably).
• English + additional EU language
• Experience in corporate environment, preferably in Shared Service or GBS.
• Knowledge of SAP or Sales Force, Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle standard and high-value customer orders, ensuring compliance with contracts and pricing structures.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams (production, distribution) for order-related matters.
• Ensure timely invoicing through accurate order entry practices.
• Oversee complex return cases, including high-value credits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Serve as escalation point for disputes related to billing, delivery, and returns.
• Manage customer complaints and dissatisfaction proactively to maintain loyalty.

In this role, a typical day will include:
