Job summary

Agfa Warsaw-based Customer Operations role focuses on receiving and processing customer orders for Agfa Consumables. You will respond to inquiries about availability, deliveries, invoicing and returns, coordinating with Accounts, Sales and Logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will liaise with local teams, country offices and HQ to resolve issues, maintain proactive communication, and ensure customer satisfaction. Fluency in French and strong English are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and monitor customer orders and requests
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery activities, keeping customers informed
• Handle inquiries about product availability, deliveries, forecasts, invoicing and returns
• Monitor supply issues and coordinate with stakeholders, updating customers
• Arrange and coordinate urgent transportation when required
• Promote and support the use of AGFA Graphics Online Sales Tool
• Collaborate with local teams, country organizations and HQ
• Register, investigate and follow up on customer complaints for timely resolution
