Aon plc is seeking a Benefits Processor to support client benefit programs and enhance data accuracy in payroll and provider files. The role emphasizes learning fast, attention to detail, and effective communication in an international setting.

During the initial training period you will learn benefits management processes and tools, then take ownership of client benefit administration with cross-team collaboration in a hybrid Kraków environment.

Formación

• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role is useful, but quick learners are prioritized.
• English level should be B2 or higher.
• Intermediate Excel skills are required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle large data at a fast pace.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance or maths preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Administer client employee benefits.
• Ensure payroll and provider file deductions are accurate.
• Identify discrepancies and highlight errors on produced files.
• Participate in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and assist User Acceptance Testing.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues using problem-solving and communication skills.
• Help set up and test new online platforms to meet client needs.
