Job summary

Aon sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Benefits Analyst I to support BAU projects and client delivery. The role emphasizes maintaining requirements, testing, and process improvements in a 50/50 hybrid work model from the Kraków office.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, strong data analysis and MS Excel skills, and clear communication abilities. This is a full-time position with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain client requirements documents and file specifications, updating them as policies evolve.
• Identify change opportunities to improve processes and deliver client value.
• Lead client projects and perform testing activities.
• Coordinate with Project Team to ensure smooth BAU transition for implementations.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Identify process gaps and create improvement plans for assigned clients.
• Support RCA processes with process expertise and mitigation actions.
• Prepare test scenarios and participate in change order testing.
• Collaborate with Benefits Processors to eliminate manual processing.
• Lead process automation initiatives and act as SME for RPA implementations.

Benefit Analyst I

Role Overview

Benefits Analyst is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ongoing clients. The role is focused on BAU projects delivery as well as BAU support. Colleague experience will determine complexity of assigned clients. This role is open to 50/50 hybrid working model from our Kraków office and is offered on a full-time employment contract.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Responsible for the client requirements. Owning and maintaining existing requirements documents and file specifications, keeping them up to date and incorporating changes to policies and/or legislation.
• Consistently work to review existing processes and identify change opportunities that will provide client value and support revenue goals.
• Leading client projects and executing testing.
• Working with Project Team to ensure good quality transition to BAU takes place for implementation projects.
• Taking part in both internal and external audits.
• Identify process gaps and create improvement plans for assigned clients.
• Support RCA process with process expertise and mitigation actions.
• Preparing Test scenarios and participating in change order testing.
• Working with Benefits Processors on eliminating manual processing.
• Leading process automation initiatives and acting as SME for RPA implementation.
