Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain client requirements and file specifications; update documents with policy changes.
• Identify change opportunities that add client value and support revenue goals.
• Lead client projects, perform testing, and ensure quality BAU transitions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth implementation and audits.
• Identify process gaps and create improvement plans; support RCA with expertise.
• Prepare test scenarios and participate in change order testing.
• Collaborate with Benefits Processors to reduce manual processing and drive automation.
