Aon sp. z o.o. is seeking a Benefit Analyst I in Kraków.

The role focuses on BAU projects delivery and support, balancing client requirements with process improvement work. The candidate will own requirements documents, lead testing, and help ensure smooth transitions from project to BAU while supporting audits and automation initiatives. The position offers a 50/50 hybrid work model from Kraków and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• English at C1 level preferred.
• Detailed analytical approach to tasks.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Project management experience is not essential but helpful.
• Data analysis skills and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain existing requirements documents and file specifications.
• Review processes and identify change opportunities delivering client value.
• Lead client projects and execute testing.
• Ensure smooth BAU transition for implementation projects.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Identify process gaps and create improvement plans.
• Support RCA process with process expertise and mitigations.
• Prepare test scenarios and participate in change order testing.
• Collaborate with Benefits Processors to reduce manual work.
• Lead process automation initiatives and serve as SME for RPA.

Benefit Analyst I

Role Overview

Benefits Analyst is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ongoing clients. The role is focused on BAU projects delivery as well as BAU support. Colleague experience will determine complexity of assigned clients. This role is open to 50/50 hybrid working model from our Kraków office and is offered on a full-time employment contract.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Responsible for the client requirements. Owning and maintaining existing requirements documents and file specifications, keeping them up to date and incorporating changes to policies and/or legislation.
• Consistently work to review existing processes and identify change opportunities that will provide client value and support revenue goals.
• Leading client projects and executing testing.
• Working with Project Team to ensure good quality transition to BAU takes place for implementation projects
• Taking part in both internal and external audits.
• Identify process gaps and create improvement plans for assigned clients.
• Support RCA process with process expertise and mitigation actions.
• Preparing Test scenarios and participating in change order testing.
• Working with Benefits Processors on eliminating manual processing.
• Leading process automation initiatives and acting as SME for RPA implementation.
