Job summary

Aon Corporation invites you to join the Global Benefits Analyst role within our Consulting Team in Kraków. You will develop benefits knowledge, support complex projects, and contribute to client-facing initiatives while growing your consulting skills.

You’ll work with colleagues globally on benchmarking, surveys, and data-driven insights. Strong MS Office and Excel skills, plus excellent English writing, will help you draft reports and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits is desirable but learning ability is valued.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills are required.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop benchmarking reports for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
• Provide analytical support for global and local benefits surveys.
• Research employee benefits and develop intellectual capital products.
• Assist with data collection and submissions using Aon’s technology platform.
• Lead or participate in process-improvement projects and create guides.
