Job summary

Aon Kraków is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to manage a portfolio of multinational clients within the Global Benefits GBoR Team. You will coordinate placement, renewal and management of insured benefits, working in a hybrid model with colleagues across regions.

You will attend regular meetings with Global Benefits Consultants, prepare draft Pre-Renewal Strategy and Stewardship reports, and maintain internal trackers. Strong Excel and MS Office skills, plus English at B2, are required.

  • Experience in employee benefits would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication with client focus and delivery orientation.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal of employee benefits' policies for your client portfolio.
  • Monitor client and plan data in Aon's internal system (TBS/GI).
  • Prepare drafts of Pre-Renewal Strategy and Stewardship reports.
  • Update internal trackers with data from systems and emails.
  • Attend regular meetings with Global Benefits Consultants and teams globally.
  • Contribute to process improvements and tool/documentation changes.

Job description

Global Benefits Analyst is a member of the Krakow Global Benefits GBoR Team who supports the UK Global Benefits team in the global coordination of insured benefits for multinational clients. Day-to-day tasks are related to the coordination of placement, renewal and management of different types of benefits for our clients.

What The Day Will Look Like

As Global Benefits Analyst you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients ensuring the tasks allocated to you are completed timely and of high standard.

Responsibilities

You will be required to actively attend regular meetings with the Global Benefits Consultants to discuss your responsibilities and provide updates on progress made with tasks such as:

  • management of renewal of employee benefits' policies,
  • monitoring of client and plan data held on Aon's internal system (TBS/GI),
  • preparation of initial drafts of Pre-Renewal Strategy and for the annual Stewardship reports for clients,
  • updating the internal trackers with data gathered from the system and e-mails.

Daily, you will be working closely with teams across the globe, utilizing Outlook and Webex/ Teams, to gather and analyse required information.

To ensure that the team deliver the high quality of service, you will also be expected to:

  • keep internal process documentation up to date,
  • participate in projects aimed at process improvement,
  • suggest and help implement changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery.

Skills and experience that will lead to success/Do you have what it takes?

Experience is not required, although experience in employee benefits would be an asset.

  • Technical Skills: proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel skill, experience in working in Aon systems would be an asset
  • Language Skills: English proficiency at a minimum B2 level is required;
  • Analytical Skills: very high attention to details, strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, process analysis and identifying improvements, identifying, and responding to risks
  • Communication Skills: excellent communication skills with client focus, understanding and applying appropriate communication style
  • Time Management: excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and to prioritize tasks according to volumes
