ESP Engineered is looking for motivated individuals to join their Sales team in Poland. The main responsibility will be to implement a strong and sustainable sales strategy and drive business success. Candidates will be tasked with generating and qualifying B2B leads, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales and possess good communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.

• Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
