Job summary

Scale-X Solutions seeks a seasoned Estimator to join our team from Poland. You will lead tenders, prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and professional tender submissions while liaising with the MD, PMs, Qs, and subcontractors to clarify scope and pricing.

Candidates must have Bluebeam, MS Word/Excel proficiency, and solid knowledge of architectural drawings. Ability to work autonomously or in a team under tight deadlines is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Bluebeam is a MUST.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• Autonomous and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail when quoting materials, labor, and installation costs.
• Experience with formwork is a PLUS.
• Experience in construction and reading plans is a MUST.
• AU experience is MUST.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a Scope of Works for a wide range of projects.
• Obtain competitively priced materials.
• Participate in Tender handover meetings.
• Build relationships with clients and follow up on existing projects.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Prepare construction budgets by studying plans, specifications, and schedules, and projecting costs.
• Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities.
• Send and track tender packages to contractors and suppliers.
• Report tender risks & opportunities.
• Ensure tender submissions align with client requirements.
