Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a capable Training Specialist to support the AP1000 Project Training Program at the Lubiatowo site in Poland. You will manage training records, coordinate activities, and assist in delivering classroom training under the Project Training Manager.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2–9 years of relevant experience, plus strong MS Office skills and good communication. On-site work with potential for travel within the project scope.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office suite and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support AP1000 Project Training Program requirements, records, and processes.
• Develop and maintain training materials and programs.
• Coordinate and deliver training presentations as assigned.
