Job summary

Bechtel Poland is seeking a Contracts Lead to manage subcontracts for a major AP1000 nuclear project, coordinating with Bechtel and partners to ensure safe, compliant execution.

You will develop subcontracting strategies, review bids, and oversee the contracts team, aligning with the project execution plan and prime contract requirements. The role requires strong regulatory and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities and fluent Polish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience in contracts or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Polish supply chain laws, ESG, and cross-border compliance.
• Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Defines and develops the scope of Contracts work on mid-to-large projects, preparing plans, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepares commercial terms for project contract documents and ensures alignment with the prime contract.
• Develops Supply Chain Assignment Schedule and contracting plan.
• Coordinates contract execution with Engineering and Construction plans to support project goals.
• Reviews bid evaluations and approves bidder selection within authority.
• Supervises subcontract staff and ensures compliance with directives and procedures.
