Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Field Trend Manager in Lubiatowo, Gdansk, Poland to support Project Controls on the AP1000 nuclear project with Westinghouse. You will coordinate field trend and change management, reporting to the Deputy Project Controls Manager and interfacing with client management.

The role requires a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) and 13+ years of experience (or 17+ years). Nuclear access, drug screening, and background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university or international equivalent.
• 13+ years of relevant experience, or 17+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must pass nuclear security screening and obtain/maintain unescorted access to a nuclear facility.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, coordinates, and directs field trend and change management programs and presentations.
• Develops change management related training for project personnel.
• Interprets and enforces policy, objectives, and standards for change management.
• Leads integration of change management with risk, forecasting, cost, trends and claims processes.
• Provides guidance for analysis of change initiatives and planning efforts.
