• Requires bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and understanding of contract regulations, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and compiles data for subcontract documents and management.
• Assists with negotiations for small value contracts and coordinates bid requests.
• Prepares subcontract documents, bid summaries, and status reports.
• Coordinates meetings and communications with Engineering, Construction, and Operations.
• Monitors subcontract performance and investigates issues as assigned.
• Works with Digital Supply Chain and other automation tools.
