Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Field Construction Planner for the AP1000 nuclear project in Poland. The role supports EPC schedule development, monitoring, and reporting from the Gdansk project office and on-site at Lubiatowo.

The ideal candidate has extensive scheduling expertise in EPC projects, experience with P6 and Power BI, and a background in large-scale construction in field environments, including nuclear projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university (or international equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or 12+ years of relevant work experience.
Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Prior experience supporting large-scale construction execution in field environments.
Must meet nuclear security screening requirements and obtain unescorted access authorization.

Responsibilities

Lead schedule development, data analysis, issue resolution, and improvement efforts.
Establish milestones and communicate them to the project team.
Review scheduled work activities for alignment with milestones.
Coordinate schedule with EPC procurement and construction activities.
Prepare and present schedule commentary for monthly progress reports.
