Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technology and Reporting Lead to design and execute FLOD metrics supporting the AML program. You will act as SME for AML technology, coordinate with KYC Solutions, and ensure timely metrics and reporting across the organization.

The role emphasizes data analysis, stakeholder communication, and development of standardized reports, dashboards, and controls to strengthen AML risk management. Office-based in Kraków with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with AML/financial crime tech and reporting.
• Ability to gather and translate business needs into tech requirements.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for AML & Sanctions Technology and Reporting.
• Collaborate with KYC Solutions to assess tech needs and requirements.
• Document AML technology requirements and track action items.
• Submit change requests to application owners (e.g. KYC Solutions).
• Provide KPI/KRI data for board and risk meetings.
• Develop tools, reports, templates and record keeping.
