Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced Technology and Reporting Manager to lead AML technology change, governance, and KPI/KRI reporting. You will oversee AML & Sanctions technology assessments, coordinate improvements with KYC Solutions, and deliver accurate MI to senior management.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, detailed requirements elicitation, and effective communication of changes to stakeholders, with a minimum 3 days in the office and a strong focus on AML risk

Qualifications

• Relevant reporting experience in AML, controls, risk management.
• Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, Know Your Client and Financial Crime regulations.
• Relevant financial services AML experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for AML & Sanctions Technology.
• Drive the delivery of accurate MI for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Collaborate with KYC Solutions to assess AML technology needs and requirements.
• Elicit AML technology requirements via interviews and workshops.
• Critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and identify true needs.
• Document AML technology requirements and track next steps to completion.
• Submit change requests to application owners (e.g., KYC Solutions).
• Participate in AML technology change forums and assess operational impact.
• Communicate proposed changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate AML training delivery with Program Training Leads.
• Support technology-related queries from Global AML Center.
• Develop/update AML Program Management procedures and controls.
• Follow speak up values and escalate AML concerns when needed.
• Notify local management of operational issues.
• Attend AML awareness training to enhance deliverables quality.
• Support ad hoc/strategic projects as required.
• Act as a Reporting and Technology SME; provide guidance to Technology team.
• Provide support to AML Program Managers if required.
• Contribute to AML risk excellence and know-your-customer due diligence.
• Maintain knowledge of current AML and financial crime risks through training.
