Job summary

AML RightSource in Kraków is seeking an Analyst Manager to detect and investigate unusual financial activity and ensure KYC/AML compliance. You will blend QA with hands-on analysis of accounts and client files to support regulatory adherence.

You will supervise analysts, prepare clear reports, help train staff, and contribute to client-specific tooling. 3+ years in AML/BSA, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in AML/BSA or financial crime compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to synthesize findings into reports.
• Experience with Quality Check and Quality Assurance processes.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of financial data to identify suspicious activity.
• Prepare concise written summaries with recommendations and conclusions.
• Perform quality control reviews of work by Associate Analysts.
• Review client files and accounts for KYC/AML compliance.
