Job summary

State Street in Poland is seeking a Technology and Reporting Lead to design and execute FLOD metrics for the AML program. The role blends data analysis, reporting development and cross‑functional collaboration with KYC Solutions to meet regulatory requirements.

You will create and maintain AML technology materials, produce periodic KPIs, present findings to senior management, and drive continuous improvement of reporting tools and templates. A minimum 3 days in the office is expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant reporting/technology experience in AML/financial services.
• Knowledge of AML, Know Your Customer and Financial Crime regulations.
• Strong English language skills.
• Ability to work with senior staff across multiple locations.
• Experience creating and automating reporting processes and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement FLOD metrics for AML program.
• Collaborate with KYC Solutions to define requirements.
• Develop, document and maintain AML technology reports and templates.
• Produce KPIs/KRIs for service delivery and risk reporting.
• Present findings to management and support decision making.
• Ensure timely data delivery and adhere to reporting deadlines.
