Reefy is seeking a high-energy commercial driver to scale the founder-led motion into a repeatable sales engine across the Americas and Europe. You will start with warm relationships, own the entire sales cycle, and close multi-stakeholder deals involving engineers, scientists, and public-sector partners.

You will codify the sales playbook and build a scalable pipeline, expanding the USA market while maintaining data discipline and accurate forecasts. Remote, international role.

Formación

• 7+ years in B2B technical sales with multi-stakeholder closes.
• Experience building outbound pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to engage with coastal engineers, scientists, and advisors.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; regional work flexibility.
• High energy, initiative, and persistence through long cycles.
• Passion for nature-based coastal protection solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signature.
• Build and qualify new business with resorts and coastal developers.
• Lead outbound and partner motions to create a scalable pipeline.
• Close long, consultative engineering-led deals with stakeholders.
• Codify founder-led sales motion into a repeatable Playbook.
• Expand Americas pipeline; support USA market opportunities.
• Maintain clean pipeline data and accurate forecasts.
