Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements from qualification through delivery and value realization. You will serve as the primary link between Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership, translating commercial commitments into high-quality execution and sustainable account growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology background
• Practical, hands-on experience with AI in delivery and SDLC
• Full ownership of mid- or large-scale engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+ contract value) and P&L accountability
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management and pre-sales, including RFP/RFI responses
• Experience with fixed-price or outcome-based models is desirable
• Direct engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders; strong commercial skills
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to IT delivery (ISO/ITIL awareness)
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ to C1+)

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with revenue and profitability
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders; lead governance and escalations
• Lead presales engagements and RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Solution Architects
• Lead the deal-to-delivery transition with aligned SOWs, commercial terms and delivery plans
• Manage and scale delivery teams from a single team to multiple managers
• Establish data-driven delivery governance, KPI reporting, and risk management
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC and RFP narratives
• Oversee architecture governance ensuring alignment with client requirements and quality standards
