EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements from qualification through delivery execution and value realization.

You will connect Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership to translate commercial commitments into high-quality execution and lasting partnerships. This senior role requires hands-on delivery governance, technology fluency, and proven ownership of large engagements (40–50+ FTE, multi‑million contracts).

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery.
• Hands-on technology background with software engineering or architecture.
• Experience with AI in delivery and SDLC improvements.
• Proven ownership of large engagements with budget and P&L accountability.
• Strong English communication with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end, including P&L.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Lead presales and RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Solutions.
• Oversee SOWs, commercial terms and delivery plans.
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery Managers and Tech Leads.
• Establish data-driven governance with KPIs and risk management.
• Drive AI adoption to improve SDLC and competitive RFP outcomes.
• Ensure architecture governance aligns with client requirements.
