The ideal candidate has advanced English (C1), attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. SAP knowledge is a plus, and the position offers the afternoon shift aligned with US time zones.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English (C1) required.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset but not required.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, well organized, flexible and open to changes.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in an open and multicultural environment.
• Experience in Customer Service especially in the SSC environment will be an asset.
• Preferred working hours: permanent afternoon shift (US time zone).

Responsibilities

• Accepting, verifying, processing, confirming and updating service orders.
• Acting as contact for business partners and customers on inquiries (price requests, lead times, invoicing issues).
• Responding to incoming emails in a professional and prompt manner.
• Cooperating with internal departments and the business.
• Providing backup coverage and assistance within the department.
• Performing other related duties as required or assigned.
• Following internal controls and complying with company policies and procedures.
