Responsibilities

• Accepting, verifying, processing, confirming and updating service orders.
• Act as contact for business partners and customers on inquiries (price, lead times, invoicing).
• Respond to incoming emails professionally and promptly.
• Cooperate with internal departments and the business.
• Provide backup coverage within the department.
• Generate ad hoc reporting (sales, backlog, consignment).
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
• Follow internal controls and company policies.
