Job summary

Versigent is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily finance and accounting activities for designated entities in EMEA, including month/quarter/year closings.

You will prepare statutory financial statements, coordinate audits, manage transfer pricing documentation, and lead a small team of Financial Analysts while ensuring compliance and high-quality reporting. Fluent English required; SAP and Excel skills preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience independently performing tasks in this role—especially Statutory Financial Statements preparation.
• Fluent English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mind and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing provision calculations for income tax and deferred tax.

YOUR ROLE

• Overseeing daily finance/accounting activities including month/quarter/year closings for designated entities;
• Preparing and reviewing Statutory Financial Statements for EMEA in-scope entities;
• Collecting and preparing documentation for the statutory auditors as part of audits of financial statements;
• Preparation of the calculation of the provision for income tax and deferred tax;
• Preparing information and details of transactions for the purposes of transfer pricing documentation;
• Preparing other reports e.g. statistical reporting, managerial reporting;
• Oversight of the local chart of accounts to ensure compliance with local laws and internal requirements;
• Coordinating a small team of Financial Analysts.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Strong expertise in accounting;
• +5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting;
• Experience, knowledge and ability to independently perform tasks in this role – especially Statutory Financial Statements preparation;
• Fluent English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel), SAP;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Independence, time management, curiosity;
• Analytical mind, decision making skills.
