Job summary

Versigent is seeking a Finance/Collections professional to resolve customer inquiries, manage overdue balances, and prepare financial statements. The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections and resolve customer financial inquiries professionally.
• Manage due and overdue balances using collections workflow tools.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Address discrepancies (quantity, price, warranty, freight, etc.) promptly.
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements and reports.
• Create and maintain desktop procedures and contribute to process improvements.

YOUR ROLE

• Collections Management: Resolving customer financial inquiries professionally and efficiently;
• Managing due and overdue balances through Collections Workflow tools;
• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels;
• Addressing and resolving discrepancies (Quantity, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.);
• Financial Reporting & Documentation: Preparing and distributing customer account statements;
• Generating timely reports including Past Due reports and Forecasts;
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive desktop procedures;
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement;
• Contributing to project teams as needed;
• Escalating and following up on issues through appropriate channels;
• Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained;
• Collaborating effectively with other Versigent departments;
• Participating in scheduled conference calls.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
• Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience;
• Proficient knowledge of SAP systems is a plus;
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal);
• additional language proficiency is advantageous;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
