Job summary

Versigent is seeking a logistics and procurement specialist to manage demand and inventory across SAP systems, ensuring timely production and accurate data. You will coordinate with warehouses and plants, analyze schedules, and drive process improvements using VBA.

The role requires engineering background, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English; French is a plus. This hybrid Kraków position offers a dynamic startup-like environment with global leadership experience.

Qualifications

• University Degree – Technical University and engineering background is preferred.
• Good Analytical Thinking & Planning Ability.
• Language Skills: fluent English, communicative French would be an asset.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills: Experienced in MS Office Applications, knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
• Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) knowledge.
• Experience in working with large databases & process improvement.
• Ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods flow between SILS/Warehouses and production locations to ensure the continued flawless production of all customers.
• Analyzing long andshort termcustomer schedules,validatingcustomerorderand distributing to plants.
• Preparing coverage reports and following supplier/allied plant performance in terms of supplying materials on a timelybasis.
• Monitoring inventory within defined limits and meetdefinedcost model. Providing month endforecastforSILS& Warehouselocation and updatingpredictionevery week considering all impacts duringmonth.
• A im no unclaimable obsolete atVersigentWarehouse or SILS and prepare necessary documentation to support management for obsolete and/or premiumclaim.
• Reconciling inventory on SAP with physical inventory and taking necessary action to correct SAP inventory.
• Supporting master data creation and booking invoices based on shipments from suppliers/production plant and to customers on SAP.
• Providing month endforecastforSILS&Warehouselocation and updatingpredictionevery week considering all impacts duringmonth.
• Access to customer portalsin order toupload, downloading or checking data,e.g.schedules, ordersfor aftersales.
• Participating increationcontingency plan periodically based on extraordinary conditions, agree with Service Center & supplier/allied plant on this plan and adjust PUS accordingly.
• Developing automatization, improving internal processes using available tools & VBA.

YOUR ROLE

• Workingin accordance withthe documentation available in EOS (compliant with the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001);
