Job summary

Versigent is seeking an Accounting specialist to perform MEC activities for selected entities, ensuring timely posting of invoices and correct recognition in the balance sheet and P&L. You will support statutory financial statements and prepare documentation for internal and external auditors.

Additionally, you will assist with tax provisions, transfer pricing documentation, and ad-hoc reporting. Requires solid accounting standards knowledge and MS Excel/SAP skills, plus strong English.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of accounting standards.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel), SAP.

Responsibilities

• Performing MEC activities for selected entities
• Timely execution of assigned accounting activities (e.g. JV preparation, calculation of accruals/reserves, providing posting instructions for received invoices, invoicing)
• Assuring correct recognition of transactions in BS and P&L statements
• Supporting preparation of Statutory Financial Statements
• Collecting and preparing required documentation for internal and external auditors
• Preparing and submitting required statistical reports
• Supporting calculation of the provision for income tax and deferred tax
• Supporting Tax team in CIT return preparation and in tax audits by providing documentation, calculations, analyzes and explanations
• Preparing necessary information for transfer pricing documentation
• Preparing various ad-hock reports

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Solid knowledge of accounting standards
• Relevant experience min. 3 years
• Very good knowledge of English
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel), SAP
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Independence, time management, curiosity
