Job summary

Versigent is seeking a privacy-focused professional to conduct privacy and AI impact assessments, map data flows, and ensure global regulatory compliance. You will support business teams, deliver training, and contribute to ongoing privacy program improvements.

With 3–5 years of privacy experience and strong English communication, you will help drive consistent privacy operations across regions and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Privacy and AI Impact Assessments (OneTrust), including LIAs and TIAs.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA.
• Support business teams in Privacy Assessments and queries.
• Maintain RoPA with data mapping and quality improvements.
• Deliver privacy expertise, awareness, and training.
• Support global privacy program implementation and daily operations.
• Assist with Incident Response and Data Subject Access Requests.
• Research global data protection topics and drive process improvements.
• Perform additional privacy-related tasks as needed.

YOUR ROLE

• Conducting Privacy and AI Impact Assessments (OneTrust), including LIAs and TIAs.
• Ensuring compliance with global privacy and AI regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA).
• Supporting business teams in completing Privacy Assessments and resolving privacy‑related queries.
• Maintaining and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), including data mapping and quality improvements.
• Delivering privacy expertise, awareness, and training.
• Supporting global privacy program implementation and daily privacy operations.
• Assisting with Incident Response and Data Subject Access Requests.
• Conducting research on global data protection topics and supporting continuous process improvement.
• Performing additional privacy‑related tasks as needed.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• 3–5 years of relevant data privacy experience.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and business analysis skills.
• Degree‑level education (preferred).
• Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) are an advantage.
• Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
