The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in recruitment planning and workforce management. Assistant Manager HR & Admin is responsible for overall human capital planning & management alongside day to day administrative office work.
- Degree in HR
- At least 1.5+ years of experience working as HR in mid-size or large technology or similar organization
- Proven experience designing HR compensation plan, Recruitment, and classification.
- Proven experience on workforce planning.
- Proven experience on training management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Recruitment planning & management
- Participates in salary survey data collection and submission
- Register, coordinate, and attend recruiting events (career fairs, information sessions, club meetings, and on-campus interviews)
- Monitor & update personnel record including personal details, position, salary, appraisal, leave records, training and awards
- Detect and handle complaints, dispute and grievances
- Overtime management
- Time-sheet management
- Payroll management
- Calm & friendly office environment
- Up to three yearly bonuses (twice yearly market performance bonuses & performance based bonus)
